How to restrict sprint options with scriptrunner

Dear Experts,

I get to know Atlassian is working on the sprint field restriction , https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-10805?error=login_required&error_description=Login+required&state=3a74c14f-da33-463e-acd6-637bcff96184

Until it released, do we have some other possibility to restrict the sprint options only show for its project's? Will scriptrunner be possible and how?
