why select kanban project in JIRA. what are the advantages in kanban project. what are the demerits of kanban project
You'd select a Kanban board when your desired process is more like Kanban than Scrum. They're very different models of working, despite having similarities in boards and columns.https://www.atlassian.com/agile/kanban is a discussion of why you'd use Kanban, but with a very handy comparison of Scrum and Kanban near the bottom.
