Not able to move stories to in progress or any other column on next gen board

Question

we created a new next gen project, the only additional item added was a "blocked column" some how I cannot move any stories to another column it says I do not have permissions to move it. There are no rules setup. Just basic functionality.

How can I go about checking workflow on next gen boards?

We have admin roles and yes have that permission is there, still not working.

To note - we migrated all these stories from classic project to next gen project, does this matter? only new stories created on this board now can be moved. Existing imported ones cannot be moved.

You need this permission allows people to view any issue’s underlying workflow and update the status of any of your project’s issues.
