As you may know, there are some famous issue tracking systems like Jira. Is there anyone who had experienced with other issue tracking system which were suitable for small businesses?
I'm not sure asking this question in a forum populated by Atlassian-focussed people is going to get you a set of opinions that is representative of everyone.

Use Jira
Use Trello
