I dont see "Create Sub-task" option. How to enable it

I dont see "Create Sub-task" option. How to enable it? Please refer to the screen shot

Found the issue.

It was due to property added to hide Edit Button in View screen.

jira.issue.editable was set to false. Removing it allow to create Sub-task.

Either

the project does not have any sub-tasks enabled in it (check the project's "issue type scheme")
the issue you are on is already a sub-task
You don't have "create issue" permission in the project

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- Thanks for your response. I have admin rights to that project and There is a "Sub-task" issue type.

Admin rights give you admin, not "can do everything". You'll need to check if you can create issues in the project. If you do, then it must be that the issue is already a sub-task.
