I've a java application that creates issue in Jira and assigns team member to the issue. For one particular user, I'm always getting following exception. For rest of the users, it is working fine. What I've observed is that following endpoint is returning key as "JIRAUSER81016" for this particular user whereas it returns username for rest of the users.
We're able to assign issues to this particular user from the web application. Any pointer resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.
