Add slack messages to Confluence wiki

Hi,

I want to build a strong collaborative wiki and I have a lot of knowledge in different Slack channels.

There is a way to add the slack messages to my Confluence spaces?

Hi Omer, welcome to the Community!

The official Confluence Cloud for Slack app provided by Atlassian currently focuses on Confluence -> Slack. You can do things like add comments, likes, or to add pages to your "Saved for later" list in Confluence from Slack, but these actions are based on a trigger (page creation, update, or new comment) from within Confluence.

I took a look at the available integrations on the Atlassian Marketplace and found one that might be interesting. The Slack Feed Macro for Confluence app allows you to embed a Slack channel on a Confluence page. Depending on how scoped your channels are, it might be interesting to add the macro to a particular page as a "see recent conversation about this topic" type of thing.

In terms of selecting individual messages from Slack and adding them to a Confluence page via integration, I didn't find anything specific. It might be possible to cook something up using Slack and Confluence's REST APIs, but given how Confluence pages are structured content (not straightforward to add programmatically unless you're simply adding to the bottom) I think copy/pasting to the relevant sections might be the trick.
