How to remove template data from jira server ?

Hi,

I am using issue template for Jira plug-in. when i trying to create a ticket default templates are displaying in the template drop down list. i am facing issue on this part can any one help me on this issue. please find the attachment of the issue. issue template dropdown.PNG
