Does Claiming accounts for your domain, does it effect any access?

Hey All,

We are in the process of starting to get Atlassian Access setup to enforce OKTA SSO.  My question is if I claim the accounts now, will anything change for the users access right off the get go?  I am assuming not, but need to be sure that once we claim them they still have access as before until we setup the SSO.
