How to set 2nd link from an issue to Epic

Question

A linked issue gets created from a Story, during post-function & gets linked via " relates to " linktype

Need the linked issue to get also linked to Epic of Story via same " relates to " linktype

Means Link2 needs to be established as in below diagram. Seems need to get Epic Key from Story, then link it to linked issue

Tried a bit seems not getting the expected result

Any script which can be run as post-function much appreciated.

Hi @Lokesh - You welcome. I'm not aware of the possibility. You will need a plugin to extend the functionality of your post functions.

Hi @Benjamin Thanks but looking for something without addon, appreciate for one possibility idea though.

Hi @Lokesh - Here's a plugin that will probably serve your needs:

You may want to keep things simple with links. In this case, all things related should be link to the Epic.

Hope this helps.
