Why not showing custom fields in request types?

Hi, i was added a custom field in Configuration -> Requests -> Custom Fields

But now i go to My Project -> Request Types, enter on desiree type but my custom field not appears, so i can't add it.

If compare the config with other prebuilt custom fields, everything is similar.

Somebody can help me please?

Hello @Técnico Ideltec welcome to the community.

In order to see the field listed as an option to show to the customer, the field first must be in the screen associated to the issue type behind that request type. Looks like the field type is supported based on your comparison with other fields, so I would suggest you double check what I mentioned first

Thanks Hernan for your fast reply! I'm triying to have my custom field avalaible to use in any issue type form, in order to show to my customers. The field is a List cascade, currently have many values in parent/child lists, maybe this field type is not supported to show to customers? When i compare the field options with other prebuilt field options,i see there are unchecked all screens checkboxes. So i don't understand how about associate to screens or how screens works. Also i have tried to use panels but without results yet. Any tip are welcome.

If the field is unchecked from all screens, means that it's not in any of them.

Go to the project configuration and the the screens tab. You will have at least one screen scheme there. Select it and it should show you one to 3 screens associated to it. Open them and add the field you created. Repeat the steps for all the screen schemes you have in that project.

Once that's done you can go to the request types and should be able to find the field there

Works! The problem is using default project templete "new generation project", is more easy but "Classic project" is more advanced. In new generation project is different, so your tips works fine with classic project.
