I'm trying to edit customer notifications by adding in request details and approval buttons. However these variables are missing from my portal. I also tried enter the strings ${request.details} and ${approval.buttons} however they show up as plain text.

I have administrator rights to the project.
Did you fint this. I am also missing the variables
