Issues in Closed status has no value in resolved field. This value in the resolved field need to be updated.
Is their any solution how this can be done, without adding reusable transition for closed status ?
Hi @_Uday Kiran you can update the Resolution field using Post function in workflow. Update issue field >Resolution > Select Resolution. When issue get closed, Resolution will be set automatically.
Currently we are using post function in workflow for getting this value updated. But somehow mistakenly we have some old closed issues with value in Resolution field but no Resolved field. We need to update the Resolved field for those issues
@_Uday Kiran for older issues, only solution is to Reopen the issue and Re-close them. or create a transition from Closed to Closed.
