Does anyone know of a notification plug-in that can run offline?
Hi,
could you clarify "offline"? Is the Jira server offline, the use, the client?!?

If you are asking if apps can run on a server that is not connected to the internet, then the answer is "yes" - the apps run inside Jira Server, and don't need net access (unless that's what they're for, of course)
