Can't create next gen project

Hi, when I'm trying to create a new project, and want to choose from templates, I don't see an option of next gen project. Is it not built in? 

 

What am I missing?

Your issue might be linked to the "Early Access" status of this option. You can enable it via the following page : <your site name>.atlassian.net/jsd-next-gen
