I would like  to know, how to transform a url link to bug issue.

Example :

TO

- Issue

This is a public forum so you may want to remove your Jira URL from your post :)

Here are a few things you can check:

* Try to do it from several different browsers - I know there used to be an issue with Chrome a few months ago.
* Check the application link for the Jira server, and ensure that the connection URL is the same as the application URL.
* Verify if all users are experiencing this, across all browsers.
