I am really stuck with this one, how do I setup a login-free portal for Jira Service Desk Cloud?

I managed to find it

https://xxxxxxx.atlassian.net/secure/admin/SDConfiguration.jspa

* Open Jira Service Desk
* Open the Cog (top right in the new view)
* Click Products
* Click Configuration under Jira Service Desk title on the left pane
* The settings can be found here

I'm also stuck here... have been trying to find the steps from this documentation:

But this post is outdated...

Cannot find:

> Applications > JIRA Service Desk Configuration > Customer permissions.

Anyone?
