Question

Does any have any recommendations for JSD to Salefoce integrations?

I'm trying associate JSD tickets to Salesforce Opportunities / Accounts.

What I would like to accomplish is to have the ability to link the JSD tickets within a Salesforce object in the Opportunity / Account level.

For Integrating like Salesforce with Jira Service Deck, you can try Sinergify - A Salesforce- Jira Connector.

The connector has the ability to be customized as per your business needs and comes with a no user limit defined.
