Not able to see any content

Once i click on verify email it navigate to dashboard but not seeing any content.

Also profile is fail to load. when i click on login it says contact your administrator!!

There might be an issue with your login or permissions for your Confluence site. You need to contact one of your site administrators with your company and they can help you. It needs to be someone with administrative access to the Confluence site for your company.
