Can normal users view group membership?

When creating a space in Confluence, can a non-admin user view group members before adding the group to be able to view and edit?

normal users have the ability to view group members using the User List macro. This is what it looks like:

I have the inverse problem.

I wanted to find a way for a normal user to know to which group or groups another user belongs to.

So something like getting the user and viewing the groups the user is in.

Can we have that?
