Hi Support,
If we have one JQL filter and want to send mail to some people?
Please advise how to do it, thank you!
Hi @Cloud_NEW ,
This article may address your question on how to subscribe to a filter (check section 'Subscribing to your search results'):

Hope it helps
Hi Carlos_Garcia_Navarro,
Thanks for you quick replying , but we want to setting filter and then auto send mail to some people, how could we do it , thank you!
You could create a subscription by specifying a recipient and frequency. More details:
- Go to Filters-> View all filters
- Click (...)-> Manage Subscriptions
- Define the recipient (it could be a group of people defined in JIRA) and frequency
Hi @Cloud_NEW , I added a few more details on how to manage the subscription in the answer above. Would this procedure work for your use case?
Hi Carlos_Garcia_Navarro ,
But our filter is the following example:
project = TEST AND status in ("A", "B", "C") AND priority in (Highest, High, Medium) AND A_TEST = abc
if meet then sent to our custom filed : PS,PL
E-mail format should be table like attachment.
Can you create a group to include the recipients of the email? Or do you require them to be in a custom field?
