Registration form language switch

Question

The JSD Support Portal Registration form is displayed only in German language. I cannot find options to enable other languages or switch to english as a default. We are using JSD Cloud.

I was able to replicate the same issue using German and other languages.

Searching for similar issues, I found out that this is a known bug:

* Jira system language overrides default support language and browser language

Please, click on "This affects my team" and also watch to receive updates about the bug.

Hi Angélica,

* The default language of the project is English (USA)
* The Jira default language is German
* I don't know how to test this. The customers over the reply that they see a german page always.

Just to better understand the issue and also for me to try to replicate here, I will make some questions, so I can use the same configuration on my site.

* What is the default language of the project?
* What is the default language of Jira (the one set on Jira settings > System > General configuration)?
* Is this happening even if the browser language is not German?
