I have a repository that has sized over 2GB. We have deleted the commit and other big files but I don't know how to execute Garbage Collector to apply the changes in the repository.

I found 3 repositories larger than 1 GB that you have access to and triggered GC for all of them, but none of them reduced in size. This is public Community post, so please don't mention the repository name unless you're ok with making it public too. Please create a support ticket to discuss your request privately with our Support team.
I might've overlooked the repository you meant, or you might've not deleted large files that caused it to become that large.
