We have a confluence page linking to several documents, but it is automatically embedding a preview, but we would rather it just be a link since the previews are taking such a long time to load since there are so many.

When you edit this page, does this part of information refer to some macros? For example 'include page'
If you embed hyperlinks directly in the page, you should see the form of text + links when you browse the page.
The problem is I do not want the links to render a preview- I just want the link.
