How to make release date mandatory while creating new versions for a project

We have a requirement for a project while creating new version release date should be mandatory how we can make it.

Hi @Dayanand -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

That is not currently possible, although I recall seeing a post about using marketplace add-on scripting to do so.

There is an open suggestion to add this capability, which you can view and consider voting for here:
