Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Add-On

Question

I have a team using the time the Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Add-On.  I have added the associate running the report to the appropriate group however they are getting an error when they execute the report request.

The error says - You are not a member of any TimeSheet Restricted Groups.

We have all of our jira-users group in the TimeSheet restricted group in configuration page.  Any ideas?

Renee Olson · Answer

They are members. I had a second email that came to me with another group recommendation - I added that and am waiting for feedback from my user.

Hi Renee,

Could you please make sure you are member of the users or jira-users group?

Thank you.
