Two-Step Verification fail

Have an issue with an SD user account and enabling 2FA.

When trying to enable error message says:

Managed account

You can't enable two-step verification. We recommend that you use your identity provider's two-step verification solution.

How to solve this one?

Same here.
I thought that is because of turning on managed domain. But no - few users were able to turn off 2fA after that
But now it is not possible so this statement is true again: "forced to pay to have 2FA "
