I remember time ago Atlassian had a product called Q&A. It does not exist anymore. I am looking how to make an easy way for our employees to search for specific questions about a matter and find the answers.

I assume maybe a Confluence document is the best approach with Atlassian tools. Do you think I am right? Any specific template I may use? How do you solve this kind of things on your organizations?
