How can I help my Jira team install that Time 'Time Tracking' feature in all their Jira tickets?

It is hard to say which time tracking app you are referring too.

For calculating time automatically and timesheet feature, you might try Clockwork.

I use an add on called auto work log. It will calculate the time in the statuses you wish. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for.
