How can I set a key word on a page so that when users search for that word, the page will return in the results?
I usually tag pages with labels to make searching easier:

I use the "Expand" element, which you can set a title on (like "Keywords") and in the text box I throw all the random words I think I would ever search for to get back to this page, but which aren't already in the page content. When it's displayed, it's not expanded so the words are hidden from view but they still contribute to the search.
