I am getting the following error message while trying to upgrade greenhopper:
Problem accessing plugin file at https://plugins.atlassian.com/server/1.0/download/pluginVersion/381028
Why am i getting this error?
I can however download this file manually.

Are you still experiencing problems upgrading Greenhopper? If so then you should open a support ticket with Atlassian and we will assist you to resolve this problem.
