Thank you for reaching out.
The error you are facing usually happens when you have a third-party plugin in your Jira installation that is not compatible with the newly upgraded Jira version.
That being said, I recommend you to try the steps in this documentation:
Stop JIRA Go to your the <a href="https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/jira-home-directory-189891162.html" data-macro-name="sp-plaintextbody-link" data-hasbody="true" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">$JIRA-Home</a>/plugins/installed-plugins directory Rename the <a href="https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/jira-home-directory-189891162.html" data-macro-name="sp-plaintextbody-link" data-hasbody="true" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">$JIRA-Home</a>/plugins/installed-plugins directory to <a href="https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/jira-home-directory-189891162.html" data-macro-name="sp-plaintextbody-link" data-hasbody="true" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">$JIRA-Home</a>/plugins/installed-plugins2 Restart JIRA - This will re-create the the <a href="https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/jira-home-directory-189891162.html" data-macro-name="sp-plaintextbody-link" data-hasbody="true" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">$JIRA-Home</a>/plugins/installed-plugins directory but JIRA will start without any plugins If the issue is no longer reproducible, Reinstall the add-on with the latest version through the Administration > Add-ons > Find new add-ons page. You may later delete the $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins2 directory which is no longer in use.

Found the solution :
To remove:"We were able to resolve this issue by removing "intenso-jira-tools-1.5.2.jar" from the "plugins" directory"
