How do i add extra fields while creating issues from confluence.

I Just get summary and Description fields when i create issue from confluence.

If there are fields that you would like to populate when a ticket is created from Confluence, but do not appear, simply make the fields required in JIRA by following the instructions in this document: Specifying Field Behavior.

After the fields are required in JIRA they will appear on the Create JIRA Issue dialogue in Confluence.
