Trying to add a box or border to a page

Hi,

I am trying to add a box and a title box and a border. can you tell me where i should be looking? I can only find tables or insert a picture.

I think what you are looking for is a 'Panel Macro'

You can find this in 'Other Macro' in 'More items' in editor menu bar.
