How to connect BitBucket to my Linux server?

Hi,

I have found lots of disconnected information on the web on how to connect the BitBuckt Cloud to my Linux server. I was wondering if there is step-by-step instructions on how to do this. I want to user webhooks to push my master to my clone on Linux. Any help is VERY much appreciated.
