Auto-Resolved Linked Issues

Hi,

I've been searching around for a way to automatically change the status of linked issues (child tickets) but I haven't found a way to do that.

I have created an Automation but it fails to Resolve the linked Issues and I think it's because we have made the comment field mandatory when closing a issue. 2020-02-13 15_37_57-.png 2020-02-13 15_38_52-.png

Anyone have an idé?

Check if the linked issue have a transition screen and needs to set a resolution or coment to get resolved?

Yes, it does and both resolution code and comment is required.

That’s right.

the add on is now free up to 300 run rules monthly
