Docker JIRA image won't start

Question

Hi, I have now encountered this problem for a second time. I am running Jira in a docker image and stop my sevrer nightly but for some reason now is has now locked for the second time and when I start the server I get this error below. I would hacve attached the logs but this form does not allow attaching log files.

Database: JIRA couldn't connect to your database

How do I attach the logs. I have them zipped and ready to send but via this interaction I don't see a way to attach or send the logs.
