how to remove the right to view the list of projects for external contractor in jira

Hi,

I would like to setup an access to a Jira project for external contractors, but dont want them to be able to view the full list of projects.

Segregating access is quite easy with permissions schemes, but no matter how, the user still have the right to view the list of projects.

Is there any configuration to make to get this behaviour ?

thanks for quick reply.

We actually followed this page to setup the ACL. The point is more to remove the list of porjects in the droplist i.e ( on top of jira Webui ) Annotation 2020-02-06 093056.png

We would like those users not to view this list, but only the project they are assigned to.

the "browse" project permission, even when not assigned to users, let them list the other projects.

Hm! Interesting.

Can you show us screen of "Browse Project Permission" configurations, for example, ISO-project(project, that you want to hide from someone)?
