Unable to add few fields on Request Form

Hi,

 

I have a basic Request form set up for Jira Service Desk and have enabled a widget for my site. I would like to add few more fields to the form as well as the widget -

1. Request Participants / Share with
2. Labels
3. Custom Field - "Request Raised For"

However,

• I am unable to see option to add Request Participants.
• And I am getting a disclaimer upon adding Labels and Custom Field ("Request Raised For") that these fields will be hidden from the widget

I want to be able to add all 3 fields in the form as well as the widget.

Thank you for getting in touch with Community!

When using the Widget, we can add system fields for the customer to create the ticket. Some custom fields are not supported, that's why it shows that warning informing that the fields will not be displayed on the widget.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• Support additional Custom Fields on JSD Widget

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

Related to the Request participants, it's possible to add only after the ticket is created the same as when creating the ticket using the customer portal, that's why it's not possible to add the field to the widget.
