To find the difference between 2 dates in JQL.

I would like to know the JQL for the issues which are in Resolved state from last 5 days w.r.t. Current date.

You may try the below JQL as well.

resolution is not EMPTY and resolutiondate >= -5d

For the issues which are in Resolved state from last 5 days:

status = "Resolved" AND NOT status changed AFTER -5d
