Table in data base deleted by atlassian

I install jira,bamboo,confluence and bitbucket licences a week ago.

Today all product are inaccessibles and all table in data base are deleted.

This behaviour is reproduced two times for my environnement. 

Do you know why this behaviour happend and if it is a job that do this ?

None of the Atlassian products delete a database. 

An import from xml can overwrite an existing database, but if you're losing tables, you need to talk to your database admins - they should be able to find out who is dropping all the tables.
