Greenhopper 6.1 epic report missing

According to the documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/Viewing+the+Epic+Report there should be an epic report available. However in our installation this is just not there.

What is missing?

It is available in 6.1.2 - maybe someone can update the documentation to stress this fact.
