Customize reporter info on hover

Is there a way to change the priority of the fields displayed when you hover over the reporter within a ticket?

We have no need for time zone info, but would prefer to see department and location.

It's not possible to customise user properties. We have been tracking this a feature request: JRACLOUD-6354
