Hi Angelica,

I did Found the problem, it seems to be my firewall was blocking portions of Atlassian site data so it would load and not display anything.

* Is this error appearing for all reports or a specific one?
* Can you please open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any other error? If so, please send us a screenshot.
* Is it happening on other Service Desk projects?
* When did this issue start?
