Getting tickets from external source

Hello,

I am trying to get tickets via email from my MDR, but for some reason, I am not able to receive them. I am able to receive tickets via email from a Gmail account, but not from my MDR. I have "whitelisted" their domain but still nothing. Any ideas?

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, I will make some questions to make sure we are on the same page.

• Have you checked the email logs to see if there is any error message?
• To check this you can click on "View logs" on Project settings > Email requests. If it shows any error, please send us a screenshot or the error message.
• Is the project open to anyone to create tickets?
• If the project is not open, have you manually added them to the project?
