It is possible to make a a burndown chart of the global project ?

I want to make a burndown chart on the entire project this one would contain sub-tasks equivalent to large parts of the project and this one will contain other sub-tasks (programming tasks)

Reports in Jira Software (including the Burndown Chart) are generated based on the board's filter. So if I'm understanding your question correctly, what you want to do is:

1. Create a new JQL filter that contains the subtasks and programming tasks you want to report on.
2. Navigate to your project in Jira Software, and create a new board based on the filter you created in Step 1.
3. In this new board, navigate to Reports and select the Burndown chart.
