exporting importing issues between next-gen projects

Anyone experienced with exporting issues from one next-gen project into .csv and importing issues using same .csv into another next-gen project? One would think this should work like a charm but I get below error while importing 

The first header row of the CSV import file contains following errors for the field name 'PK��(P�P�*iiIndex/Document.iwae�?�F!d*� � � � � � ���': 'brackets mismatch'

Any help will be appreciated!

Hello @Maulik ,

I found another post with the same error and the error in that case was the CSV file used for the import was in a different format being a zipped spreadsheet XML rather than the expected CSV file.

I recomend checking the source file where it was created and making sure it is exported to CSV.
