Is Insert comment on picture removed from the latest version?

Heimo Hänninen

I got back to Confluence after a while.

1. Created a page and uploaded a picture
2. published the page
3. opened the picture on the page
4. expected to see "Add comment tool" , but it is removed?

OR, is there some restrictions by default on page/pictures to be set?

OR, is it now an add-on component?

Cheers, disappointed user

@Heimo Hänninen, Are you using Confluence Cloud or Confluence Server? What versions are you using?
