How to login to the private npm registry

Hello,everyone! I found some problems when I open the source of Jira Software. There is some packages need to login to the private npm registry,such as "https://packages.atlassian.com/api/npm/atlassian-npm", to retrieve. The readme.md says that you need to execute "npm login --registry=https://packages.atlassian.com/api/npm/atlassian-npm/ --scope=atlassian",I tried,but my atlassian account does not have authorities. Could someone help?

Perhaps you have to upgrade you license,I think,but I do not realy know how.
I think you have to ask atlassian for help.The private npm needs an authorized account.

Hi Sabermi,

Sorry to report, but this is a known limitation in the current version of Jira Server when trying to compile from the source code.  We have created a bug ticket in regards to this problem to try to track this in JRASERVER-66224.  Unfortunately we do not have a work-around for this problem at this time.

The bug does note that this problem began with the release of the 7.4.0 version of Jira Server.  So perhaps you could try to use an earlier version instead.  I realize that is not an ideal solution.  I would recommend watching that bug for updates.
