Moving from Mercurial to Git (with branch history and issue tracker)

Sorry if this was discussed before but I could not find clear answers after a couple of searches.

Is there a next-next-finish tool that converts a Mercurial repo to Git on Bitbucket including the commit history and the issues with comments?

I am worried about the sunsetting of Mercurial and to have to figure out the migration myself or the manual work it will require.

Neither Git nor Mercurial are systems owned by Bitbucket, so we don't have any tools to perform this conversion. However, there's a number of tools online you can use for this purpose. For example, you can find some step by step instructions in the official Git documentation, make sure to scroll down to the 'Mercurial' section: https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Git-and-Other-Systems-Migrating-to-Git.
